Heinrich Klaasen, who came to bat at number 5, batted in his familiar style and scored a half-century in 23 balls. During this, South Africa crossed the 150 mark in the 16th over. Klaasen played an innings of 52 runs in 27 balls and was dismissed on a score of 151 in the 17th over, but before that, he put his team in a strong position by adding 45 runs in 22 balls with David Miller.

As soon as Kagiso Rabada (4) was out on the fifth ball, India’s victory was confirmed, because now 9 runs were needed to win on the last ball. Only 1 run came on the last ball.
